Super Hero Dash
The event is known as the “Super Hero Dash,” and is sponsored by the Strong for Dom Foundation. The Strong for Dom Foundation founders are Harvey and Margaret Beltran. They lost their son Dominic Beltran to Neuroblastoma on February 7, 2013. This is one of their annual fundraisers to raise awareness regarding the condition, with proceeds from the event going towards cancer research. This is the third year that the race is being held.
This is a very family oriented race. The Super Hero Dash consists of a 1 mile “fun run” and a 5K race. Southpoint Quality Dental is the event’s Presenting Sponsor.
Proceeds benefit Strong for Dom Foundation which supports childhood cancer research and provides fun experiences for kids with cancer in our community. Learn more at strongfordom.org
